Delivery Information

Our shipping is a flat rate so you can order as many items as you like and only pay one postage fee.  This postage fee is for a 5-7 working day delivery timescale.

Postage and packing charges are just £8 to the UK, don’t forget it’s free if you spend over £50

All orders are dispatched within a maximum of 3 working days from cleared payment, although most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible.  If an item is out of stock we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to advise you alternatively, in accordance with our terms and conditions.  We may send you similar items of equal or greater value and specification.

We know sometimes you need your order in a hurry, so if you have any special requirements please contact us and we will do our best to arrange it for you.

Your delivery requires a signature, please ensure that you are home on the day of delivery.

If your delivery has arrived incorrect, or damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Or if your order has not arrived at all after 14 days, please contact our team by either e-mail sales@www.getlogod.co.uk or call us on 01244 816 955.

We do not ship outside of the UK.

Purchasing Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by Paypal, and all major credit cards. If you do not wish to pay online, you may give us your card information via phone, fax or by post or send a cheque.  Please note if you chose to pay by cheque, we will have to wait for the money to clear in our account before we process your order

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

 

Shipping And Handling The delivery charges are calculated at check out time, We have aimed to make them as fair as possible.  We charge a flat rate regardless of how many items you order.  If you spend over £50 delivery is free.  You can also ‘click & collect’ free of charge from our Shotton branch

Delivery schedule Please note that when a courier is used to dispatch your order there are a number of contributing factors that can delay your order.  This is not within our control, and we can not be held responsible.  Such as bad weather conditions etc.

 

If you order online, delivery charges are as follows:
UK Mainland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles £8.
Scottish Highlands/Isles of Scotland £35.
Channel Islands £47.
Northern Ireland £12.
Isle of Wight £15.
Eire £18.
There are a some exceptions, but we’ll contact you before processing your order in these circumstances.

We’re committed to being fair – secure delivery at reasonable cost. We despatch in a number of ways: Reputable National Carrier Services, Royal Mail or Company Vehicles

 

Any items that are special order may take longer to arrive and we will notify you if this is that case with your order.  we offer a massively diverse range of goods at the best prices, have agreements with a huge number of suppliers and endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible. We’ll always try to keep you updated of timescales.

 

Lead Times Subject to availability, all non personalised orders are dispatched within a maximum of 3 working days from cleared payment, although most orders are shipped within 24 hours.  Our warehouse dispatches Monday – Friday only.  We endeavour to hold enough stock to fulfil all our expected orders, but during busier periods, we can run out of the more popular items.  Especially seasonal items such as school uniform, football kits, etc.  Our lead times can then be heavily dependant on our suppliers.  If our supplier does forecast an unusually extended lead time, we will update you as soon as we are made aware.

 

Lead times for personalised items can vary.  We aim to complete all personalised items 10-14 days from logo approval.

 

How Will Your Order Be Despatched? Direct to the address supplied, either by our own vehicle, Royal Mail or a reputable national carrier. Don’t worry if your order comes incomplete, the balance of goods will follow shortly. Your Consignment Must Be Checked Upon Arrival For: a) Correct number of parcels b) Signs of parcel abuse c) Correct content of parcels Please note, if the outside of a package or parcel looks damaged, sign, but state damaged on the carriers receipt as an added safeguard. We regret we cannot entertain claims for missing or damaged goods which have not been notified in writing within 48 hours of the date of delivery, irrespective of whoever has signed for the goods, at the consignment delivery point. This is necessary due to the very short period of time we have to claim against carriers for damage in transit, therefore your co-operation is vital and in your own interest. Please remember that carriers’ deliver weekdays between 7.30am and 5.30pm. If premises are likely to be unmanned, you should include instructions to guarantee an authorised signature will be available upon delivery. Abortive deliveries may be subject to a charge being made if such instructions are not included with your order.
Can You Collect Your Goods?  Yes we do offer a ‘click & collect’ service.

 

You Received Damaged, Incorrect Or Unwanted Goods. What Do You Do?

You must advise our Sales Office in writing or by phone or email within 48 hours of receipt of such goods. Details of our Delivery Note numbers are essential.

 

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added, if applicable to the type of product.

 

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy We do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Returns: Get Logo’d will endeavour to deliver customer orders in accordance with their requirements. However, there may be occasions when errors occur and Get Logo’d will rectify any confirmed and agreed shortfalls or errors, at their expense. This will be deemed as full and final settlement and no further compensation will be considered. Get Logo’d rely on the customer to provide correct size, quantity, and print details. Therefore, all orders should be confirmed via post, email or fax. Orders placed by telephone and not confirmed as above will be entirely at the customer’s risk. Get Logo’d are unable to take responsibility for non-confirmed incorrect orders. Personalised products are non-returnable.

 

Products that have not been personalised may be returned with the label, in their original packaging. Should you need to return items for any reason, please contact our helpline on 01244 816 955 within 7 days of receipt of order for a returns number. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods to us, at there own cost.  We recommend any returns are sent via recorded delivery.  We can not refund/exchange items that are lost in the post.  Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
